Our goal is to have the full control of the production process, and to mark our fibers with physical and digital tracers that enable us to provide the full impact data for all recycled fibers, but also any virgin fibers used in blends.

RCOT™ Recycled Cotton Fibre
Texloop recycled cotton is known as one of the highest-quality and most consistent recycled cotton fiber in the global market, with almost limitless applications. By adding physical tracing technology we enable full transparency including production and impact data.
RCOT™ Recycled Cotton Fabric
RCOT recycled cotton fiber is preserved in its natural fiber state, retaining the longest possible staple length, and blended with organic cotton to produce near-virgin quality fashion textiles. Most fabrics containing a high composition of recycled cotton suffer from quality and aesthetic issues and have limited applications. Quality issues such as neps and pilling are NOT endemic with RCOT recycled cotton. Our recycled cotton knit and woven fabrics have changed the game, producing incredibly soft and durable fashion textiles.
RCOT™ Recycled Cotton Yarn
Texloop's RCOT recycled cotton yarns are premium, high-quality yarns with up to 50% GRS certified recycled cotton, blended with other natural fibers, including GOTS certified organic cotton and TENCEL™ Lyocell. With a complete range of yarn counts from fine to coarse counts and in ring-spun or open-end constructions, our 100% cotton yarns can replace conventional cotton products with significantly less impact and added elegance when blended with safe man-made cellulosic fiber.
